HOMES/SPACES: Prior to the cleaning , please remove all items, clothing, toys, etc
that may delay the efficient cleaning of your home. This will maximize productivity and
minimize the time I spend cleaning your home. If you prefer me to remove these items, I am happy to do so and will add the additional billing time with
corresponding charges.
RESPECT: Oberreuter Clean will not tolerate any disrespectful or harmful actions. If a cleaning concern arises, please contact me immediately and I will handle your concern with dedication and concern.
OUR WORK: I guarantee my work! If you are dissatisfied with your clean, please let me know within 24 hours and I will fix the problem as needed
Photos/videos of before and after may be taken of the space cleaned. I will keep all homeowners information private.
I am judgement fee, life happens. I am here to help maintain your space and get it back to your comfort.
I use my own cleaning products, you have the option to use your own cleaning products. Please specify when making the appointment.
SICK: I ask that you notify me by 8:00 am if you or anyone in your family is sick or has a contagious illness so that I can take precautions or choose to re-schedule your job. I will also never come into your home if I know that that I am ill.
NOT ABLE TO GET IN: If I am turned away at the door or unable to access the property you will be charged 50% of the service total.
PRICE ESTIMATE: I offer an upfront price estimate before I even enter your home, based on what you tell me about the size of your home and the cleaning service selected. I reserve the right to change the quoted pricing, including any applicable discounts, if the actual size or circumstances of your home are not as described, or if the booking options selected are inappropriate.
Deposit: All new customers required to make a deposit (50% of the invoice total) before their fist cleaning.
Payment is expected in full the day of the cleaning. For your convenience I do have an Invoicing program, where all services are invoiced and paid for once monthly. This service pays for cleanings in advance and receives a 5% discount as long as your payment is received in our office by the 4th of each month. Returned checks are charged $35 for reprocessing. If your credit card is declined for any reason, I will contact you and ask for this to be remedied within three (3) business days. If payment is not made within three (3) business days following a cleaning, I will assess a late payment fee of $10 per day, and will pause all scheduled services until payment is made. If your service is paused, you may lose your place in the schedule.
REFERRAL: Please let your friends and family know about us. If someone you refer to me uses my services just once you will earn 15% off for the referral for your next clean. However, if that referral continues to using my services for 1 year you will earn a free cleaning (valued up to $150) after their 1 yr anniversary. FEES: Because our costs of doing business rise annually I reserve the option to adjust my cleaning
fees on an annual basis. I give as much notice as possible whenever this happens. Please
understand I take very seriously how any increases affect our customers and do so only when
there is no other option.
